PeerMesh provides tools for group communication, shared awareness, maps, location sharing, markers, areas, observations, trails, and real-world coordination.

PeerMesh is not a social network and is not designed around public profiles, feeds, or advertising-driven engagement.

PeerMesh allows users to create and share awareness information, including markers, areas, observations, notes, trails, and related coordination information.

This information exists to help groups build a shared understanding of places, movement, and real-world conditions.

Nearby Rooms are temporary spaces intended for people who are physically nearby.

Nearby Rooms are not private groups. Information shared in a Nearby Room may be visible to other participants in that room.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive information in Nearby Rooms. For trusted coordination, users should use Private Groups.

Users are responsible for content they create, share, or distribute through PeerMesh.

Examples include messages, markers, areas, observations, trails, and shared awareness information.

Users should not share content that violates laws, privacy rights, or the safety of others.

Information shared through PeerMesh may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Users should use their own judgment before relying on shared information.

PeerMesh does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

Location sharing and trail sharing are optional features.

Users should understand that shared location and trail information may reveal movement patterns.

Only share location and trail information with people or groups you trust.

Users may not use PeerMesh for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, unauthorized surveillance, service disruption, or activities that violate the rights or safety of others.

PeerMesh may restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.

PeerMesh may help groups coordinate in challenging connectivity conditions.

However, PeerMesh is not a guaranteed emergency communication service.

It should not be relied upon as the sole method of communication during emergencies or life-threatening situations.

PeerMesh may offer Free plans, Plus plans, and Pro plans.

Available features, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves.

Additional terms may apply to paid plans.

PeerMesh may experience interruptions, bugs, synchronization issues, delays, or temporary outages.

Features may change, be modified, or be removed as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeerMesh is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or complete reliability.

Users accept responsibility for how they choose to use information provided through the service.

These Terms of Service may be updated as PeerMesh evolves.

Continued use of PeerMesh after changes means you accept the updated terms.
